Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using QuoteBuddy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use QuoteBuddy for personal or commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempting to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Subscription and Payment

Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Free Trial

We offer a free trial period for new users. After the trial period expires, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• To transmit any malicious code or viruses
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To collect or harvest information about other users

Intellectual Property

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuoteBuddy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuoteBuddy from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
